A general pest control treatment covers spiders, cockroaches, ants, termites, borers, rodents, or fleas.
The general spray is a residual treatment. The initial spray will kill any pests that are present. Pests that come in contact with the residue will not always die instantly. They become sick and eventually die.
As outlined in our Terms of Service, the general spray we provide is a residual treatment. While the initial spray effectively kills any pests present at the time of application, pests that come into contact with the treated surfaces afterward may not die immediately. Instead, they become sick upon exposure and eventually perish due to the residual effects of the treatment.
If pests have only recently come into contact with the residue, they may appear quite normal. If you see pests in unusual areas—like the middle of the floor or wall during the day—monitor their condition closely. If new pests keep appearing, you may need to request a callback.
Warranty
As stated in our Terms of Service, we warrant that our treatment is designed to eradicate the relevant pests, subject to essential safety precautions and access conditions. All pest control products used in our services are WHO-approved. Furthermore, we adhere to accepted Good Practices in pest control, ensuring that every service is delivered with the utmost care and professional expertise.
We provide a six-month warranty for General Fumigation and a five-year warranty for Termite Control.
LIABILITY
ORM Pest Control accepts liability for loss, damage, or injury to domestic animals, livestock, birds, goods, or equipment only if their staff acted negligently. You must report and resolve any such loss, damage, or injury within seven days of its occurrence.
We do not accept liability for the spread of an infestation within a building. Nor do we expect the loss of fees from landlords, tenants, etc.
Procedure:
You must leave the property during treatment and remain outside sprayed areas for at least 6 hours to enable the applied insecticide to dry and to avoid inhalation of any mist. Re-entering the premises within this time will compromise the treatment.
After we complete the treatment and the 3 hours pass, you should begin using the treated area. However, if you have infants or children aged 3 to 4 years, wait at least 24 hours before re-entering.
Do not vacuum or wash down any nonfood preparation surfaces for at least one week after we complete the treatment.
We will inspect the infected areas and we will treat them if, in our reasonable opinion, it is necessary, practical and safe to do so by installing appropriate traps.
Complaints:
We treat complaints free of cost without any hidden charges. Now you can claim your warranty online. If your service is under the warranty period, you can easily claim your warranty. When you call, make sure you have an invoice in your hand.
